It’s easy to say what I did here, but the why is still kind of eluding me. The background layer has a person in a Guy Fawkes mask crouching near a sea anemone with an old fashioned ship floating nearby, clouds and seafoam barely covering the absurd transitions between locations and scale. Above this, sharp, warped frames hold different images of the world: a statue surrounded by legos, a burglar and an abandoned building, an absurd fountain, a monument to coffee beans, a canoe floating atop a lake of fish. It’s a mishmash of odds and ends, signifying nothing.
