This was inspired both by recent events and a little meme a friend made in the immediate wake of the 2016 election. There are three different actual protest scenes in here, along with a concert crowd that was lightly modified and a crowd looking up. The Supreme Court building is easy to pick out from the background, and from there it’s just textures, splatters, and you would not believe how much time invested in those very light colors.
